"I Want You" is the 11th song from the American rock band Third Eye Blind's self-titled, debut album.[1]
While it wasn't released as a single[2] or included on A Collection,[3] it remains a fan favorite[4][5] and is played frequently in concert, significantly more often than such popular singles as "Anything", "10 Days Late" and "Blinded".[6]
In 2001, Alana Davis covered the song on her LP Fortune Cookies, and Elektra Records (also Third Eye Blind's record label) released it as a single.[7]
While the song wasn't popular outside of Third Eye Blind's fanbase, it remains one of Davis's most popular songs and her version has gotten significant radio-play.
